Concept Designs

Flying Colors

Game in development. These are the starting pieces with everything still in development.

Star Child Concept: This concept was also done using Adobe Illustrator. The early concepts were vastly different than what it ended up being. Though trying to keep to a geometric design with simple shapes led to the creation you see.

Star Child Model: This is the model that was created based on the Star Child concept. It was made using Auto Desk Maya. There was a lot of learning in the idea of re topology in order to create edge loops, but the end result was a clear and well designed character.

Star Child Animation: This animation was done using Auto desk Maya. It was made as an attempt to show off the engine rotation, hover, and eye blink as one animation. This would be the natural idle animation in the game.

Spaceman Concept: Designed using Adobe Illustrator. Was meant to serve as a base character model for the game. Was designed with the idea of trying to keep a very minimal style. Meant to be similar to a new age space suit.

Flying Colors Storyboard: Made to show initial cut scene when starting a new game. This was done as a way to give a general scope of what is to happen in the story. The environment was still being created so everything was placed just as a frame of reference.

Sassy the Sasquatch Concepts

Sasquatch concepts and designs for logos and future animations. All ideas were made with the company intention in mind. It was meant to be a familiar design that could be easily transferred to multiple mediums. These were made using pen and paper then moving to digital media.

Sasquatch!

The original picture that set me down the road of trying to make a Sasquatch a mascot. Was done using a pencil and paper, with colored pencils, and markers to outline. Was done just for fun at first then became a full fledged idea.

Sassy Storyboard: Created using Adobe Illustrator. The bare bones pictures to frame the animation to show the major moments. Kept very basic to show camera angles.

Sassy Animation: This animation was done using Adobe Animate. It is still a rough and intended on being worked through. The intention was to keep it short as an introduction to other projects introducing the production company. i wanted the environment to be recognizable, or easily identifiable. With the colors being very neutral.

Fine Art

House Painting: This painting was done using Adobe Illustrator. It was done using an image found on the internet but painted using brush strokes as if it were a physical medium. I am still in transition from physical to media art, and this was done in an attempt to mix both worlds together.

Goblin!

Goblin Animation: These animations were a part of a school project that was intended to learn the basics of animations. These are supposed to be animation loops that could be played indefinable or programmed to happen in a moment.
